The many faces of TTC

We ladies love to pee on things. I hate seeing a BFN so I indulge my love of peeing on sticks to OPKs. BUT, I am also a cheapskate so I don't start testing OPKs til CD 10ish. I was sick on that day from a migraine and the last thing I was thinking about when I was hugging Mr. Toilet was ovulating.

The first time I used an OPK was CD 11 and when it was positive, I was all SQUEEE! I'm ovulating!!! ::happyface::




My average O date is CD 16, sometimes as late as 18, but never before CD 15. You can imagine my surprise when yesterday I got a +OPK.

Wait?? What??

CD 12?!?!?



That means we didn't have sex leading up to O. Crappity. Crap. Crap. Basically, the one thing you have to do when TTC is have sex and we didn't even do that right!

Luckily, since I had the +OPK, we can at least catch O day. It may not be the best odds in the world but it only takes once, right?
