Nothing new to report as far as TTC is concerned. I'm in the waiting period.
Right now, I'm waiting for 7DPO to get P4 tested. Hopefully I responded as well as last month to the 5 mg of Femara. After that it's another week to go in the 2WW.
Tonight begins another set of night shifts. With all the tragedies going on in the country in Boston and Texas, I will be honest and say that I'm not really looking forward to going back to work. It doesn't take more than a few minutes back at the console to forgot this feeling and get back in the groove again. Sometimes I think 7 day breaks are too long to be off from work.
Stay safe out there. Take care of yourselves.
I was thinking about you yesterday, wondering if you were as wrapped up in everything going on in Boston, as I was. I was able to listen in on a scanner all day at work and at home and I was riveted.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that it is over and even though Boston Metro/ Boston PD/ MIT PD suffered a tragic loss and some injuries, I felt that they really did themselves proudly and can stand tall. It made me extremely proud and teary eyed when I saw the news this morning when I woke up and the citizens were applauding all of the first responders/ LEO and police agencies.
I figured you would be just as proud and probably just as teary eyed. =) <3
I am so happy that people are giving credit where it is due for the first responders in Texas and the officers and other agencies in Boston.
ReplyDeleteI haven't heard any of the radio traffic yet. I do want to hear it soon. I couldn't watch anything on broadcast news. As a former news editor, it just pisses me off when they make a mistake and then correct it and then beg people to trust what they say. DH gets so mad because I tell at the TV and the news reporters.
